By investing in the development and fostering of employees and managers, a company can reduce absenteeism, loss of performance and loss of expertise and thus a loss of productivity for the company.
Coaching for employees
Coaching is a time-limited, fruitful dialog with a specialist that provides clarity about the current situation, supports you in your plans and strengthens you in their implementation.
In coaching for employees, we focus on topics such as dealing with a heavy workload, handling your own resources, performance problems, professional change, dealing with friction and conflicts in the team and similar issues
The aim of coaching is for the employee to gain new perspectives, determine next steps and evolve.
Leadership Coaching
Today’s entrepreneurs and leaders are facing unprecedented challenges. In this time of uncertainty, traditional management strategies are no longer appropriate – to attract and retain new talent, to create employee engagement and resilience and to ensure long-term success, an organization needs emotionally and socially intelligent leaders, those who are willing to take risks, who can communicate effectively and who are not afraid of conflict; it needs leaders who trust and empower.

On behalf of the Graduate Campus of the University of Zurich, I offer coaching for doctoral students at the University of Zurich. Doctoral students should contact the responsible person at the Graduate Campus UZH.

On request, I also offer workshops on collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, creativity and innovation.
Creativity and innovation
My workshops on creativity and innovation are based on the understanding that creativity is neither a personality trait nor a talent, but an inner attitude that can be consciously adopted and trained. In these workshops, I teach techniques that enable participants to temporarily abandon rational thinking, enter a playful mode of thinking, develop a curious attitude towards the unexpected, deal with failure in a pleasant way and surprise themselves.
All workshops can be conducted in German, English, French or Italian.
